GENERAL
What is Kiro 7 InnerCircle?
Kiro 7 InnerCircle scours local merchants and gets them to give our customers great deals. These deals help put a spark to your day by saving you up to 90% at your favorite places in your city. We send you a new deal about 5 times per week, sometimes more if we snag a good one. No commitment on your part. Just buy the deals that you like the most and save a bunch while doing it.
Is there a fee for signing-up with Kiro 7 InnerCircle?
Not unless you consider having awesome deals sent to your inbox everyday a fee (we don’t, incidentally).
How do I purchase a deal?
This is the easy part! Visit the page of an offer you're interested in and click the "Buy Now" button. Follow the onscreen instructions, wait for the deal to close (usually in 2-5 days) and then it's yours! Please note that certain deals require a minimum amount of purchasers before a deal is valid so be sure to share with all of your friends!
Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely. Kiro 7 InnerCircle takes the security of your personal information very seriously and utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. For more information, you can check out our full Privacy Policy.
Why aren’t you in my city?
Trust us, we'd love to be! We are growing very rapidly and currently discussing which cities we are going to expand to. Please drop us a note at support@tippr.com outlining your desire for us to source deals in your city. In the interim, you should sign-up to receive our fantastic national deals! Just click on the ‘Change Cities’ link in the upper right-hand corner of the Kiro 7 InnerCircle homepage and select ‘National’ from the drop-down menu.
Do you have an iPhone App?
Yes we do and you should download it right now. Through the app, you can see all of the live deals, buy deals, and redeem vouchers. While most merchants will and do accept vouchers displayed on an iPhone, others may require a printout. Please always be sure to check your voucher's instructions for the exact steps on how to redeem your deal.
What does “locked” or “unlocked” mean?
Basically, to "unlock" a deal and make it valid, a certain amount of people will need to purchase it. The amount needed to unlock a deal can differ per offer (usually it's between 1-5 purchases). For example, if a deal requires 2 purchases for it to unlock, 2 people will need to buy the offer before it goes live. If the deal ends and only 1 person made a purchase, the coupon will not be able to be used, and no charges will apply.
REFUNDS
What is Kiro 7 InnerCircle's refund policy?
As of January 1, 2012, Kiro 7 InnerCircle will provide a refund in the form of cash or credit within 15 days after the voucher was delivered to the email address you provided when making your purchase. After 15 days, we do not provide refunds unless you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business. Please read the entire refund policy by clicking here.
What if I didn’t use my voucher before it expired?
All states are different. But typically, if your voucher has expired, you lose the promotional value, but you may still use the voucher for the original purchase price. You may view these details in Kiro 7 InnerCircle's Terms of Sale .
What if I need a refund, but its past your 15 day refund period?

Where can I find my account information?
Simply log-in to your account from the Kiro 7 InnerCircle homepage. Once you’re logged-in, you’ll see a link in the upper right-hand corner that says “My Account.” From there you will be able to view your account and make any changes you’d like.
How can I change information in my account?

I forgot my password- what do I do?
Worry not, my friend - resetting your password is easy. When you go to log-in to your account a pop-up window will appear. In the lower left-hand corner there is a link that says ‘Forgot Password?’ Simply click on this link and follow the instructions to reset your password. If this does not help, send a quick email over to our customer support team at support@tippr.com. An agent will be happy to lend you a hand.
How do I change my password?
Great question and one we get often. Log-in to your Kiro 7 InnerCircle account by selecting the ‘My Account’ in the upper right-hand corner of the Kiro 7 InnerCircle homepage. In the blue box titled ‘Personal Info’ on the left-hand side of your screen click on the link that says ‘Manage.’ A window will open that says ‘Update Your Account.’ Type your new password into the bottom two fields of that pop-up window then click on the ‘Update’ button and you have successfully changed your password.
I can’t login, what should I do?
Dial 911 immediately! JUST KIDDING- please don’t do that. If you’re having trouble logging-in you may want to reset your password (see additional questions in this section about resetting your password). If you’re still having trouble please send an email to support@tippr.com and one of our representatives will contact you and get you up and running in no time.
I’m not receiving my emails, what should I do?
Don’t call the National Guard; they can’t help you in this situation. If you have signed up for our daily deals but are not receiving our e-mails, first, check the spam filters on your e-mail account. You may need to create an exception for kirotv@email.tippr.com. If you have done this, and are still not getting our e-mails, please send an email to support@tippr.com. Additionally, you may want to also create an exception for support@tippr.com if you are creating a customer support request, to ensure that you receive our reply to your message.
I can’t remember if I used one of my vouchers, can you help me?
Unfortunately, we do not have a way of tracking when a voucher has been used. In order to find your purchase's redemption status, you'll need to contact the merchant directly. They will have records of which vouchers have been already used.
In the future, be sure to visit the "My Account" section of Kiro 7 InnerCircle after you've successfully redeemed a voucher. Here you'll find an option to "Mark Voucher as Used." If you ever click this by accident, simply click "Mark as Unused."
Where do I find my voucher?
Shortly after a deal has run you will receive your voucher via email, just as you receive your daily emails from Kiro 7 InnerCircle every morning. If it managed to elude you, you can also find it in your account. Log-in to your account and you will see the deal you purchased (as well as a history of all of the deals that you purchased) under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
Can I view my purchase history?
You sure can! Log-in to your account and you will see a history of all of the deals that you have purchased under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
What if I bring my voucher to a merchant who won’t honor the deal?
Should this situation occur for some reason, please contact us immediately (support@tippr.com). We will contact the merchant to rectify the situation and keep you posted on how we plan to proceed (and put that smile back on your face!).
How can I add or delete cities from my subscriptions?
Once you’ve logged-in to your account, you’ll see a blue box on the left-hand side of the screen that reads ‘Subscriptions.’ Click on the ‘Manage’ link in that box and you will be able to add and/or delete subscriptions to as many cities as you would like.
How do I earn credits on my account?
We truly appreciate your referrals, so we pay you for spreading the word! Well, kind of. Basically, you will receive a one-time $5 credit for each unique referral that successfully purchases a deal you link them to. Your referral credits don't become activated until the deal that your invitee purchased has closed and their card has been successfully charged. In other words, we just wait for a referral's first purchase to become complete, and then the credits will release. They will also receive $5 for simply being referred by you. Please note that if your referral's purchase is cancelled for any reason, both your and your friend's credits may be forfeited.
How do I use my credits to purchase a deal in lieu of a credit card?
It’s quite simple actually. If you have accrued credits to your account, they will automatically be applied towards your next Kiro 7 InnerCircle daily deal purchase- you won’t have to do anything other than choose to buy the deal. Even if you plan to use your credits to buy a deal, you will still need to have a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged (assuming you have enough credits to purchase a deal) but without this information, you will not be able to use your Kiro 7 InnerCircle credits. So long story short, make sure you have a credit card on file if you plan to use credits towards your next deal.
How do I unsubscribe from your email?
To unsubscribe from any city, just click the unsubscribe text link at the bottom (sometimes top) of the daily deal email you received. Or you can sign in to your account and click My Account. Then select "Manage" in the "Subscriptions" box and unselect the desired cities. Be sure to click the "Save" button once finished. But I wouldn’t unsubscribe, you might miss the deal of the century.

How do I purchase a deal?
This is the easy part! Visit the page of an offer you're interested in and click the "Buy Now" button. How long is the deal available?
The amount of time in which a deal is live will vary from deal to deal. That’s why we have a ticker on every deal that says how much time is left. But be sure not to delay in purchasing your deal; sometimes a deal will sell-out and once a deal is sold-out, no more vouchers will be available for it.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will see a charge on your card immediately but it will not actually debit your account until the deal closes. Please note that certain deals require a minimum amount of purchasers before a deal is valid.
Are tax and gratuity included in the purchase price?
No they are not. Tax will likely be a separate charge and while leaving a gratuity is at your discretion, it is encouraged that you tip generously. When tipping, please tip on the VALUE of the voucher rather than the amount you paid for it.
Can I view my purchase history?
You sure can! Log-in to your account and you will see a history of all of the deals that you have purchased under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
I have a question about a deal, who can I talk to?
If it’s a question about what the deal is valid for you should contact the merchant. Their contact details will appear on your voucher. If it’s not related to the deal specifically, like you’ve misplaced your voucher, for example, feel free to email support@tippr.com and we’ll see what we can do.
I’m having a problem trying to purchase today’s deal, who should I contact?

Expiration dates will vary from deal to deal. Sometimes the voucher is for an event with a fixed start and end date. In other circumstances a voucher will be available for 6 months to a year or possibly even longer. Be sure to read the fine print on your voucher which will discuss expiration dates.

At the end of each deal, we will email everybody who purchased the offer a link to a voucher in .pdf format. Unfortunately, the world of electronic mail is not perfect, and these messages may be rejected by your spam filter or some strange Act of God. In these cases, please login at https://kiro7innercircle.com/account/login/, select "My Account" from the top right, and your voucher should be listed (click on the print button to view it). Once opened, take note of the "How it Works" or "Instructions" section. Instructions on redemption can vary slightly from deal to deal. If you purchase more than one voucher, please note that each will have their own unique number and usually cannot be combined.
How do I open and print my voucher?
We send our vouchers to you in PDF format, the open standard for document exchange between all platforms. Most web browsers either support this format from the get-go, or have free plug-in's to support PDF files.
Adobe Software, creator of the format, offers a free software program to read the files called Adobe Reader X. You can download the software at the following web address: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
When will I receive my voucher?
You will receive your voucher once the deal has closed. This could be 24 hours to several days to possibly a few weeks depending on the deal that you purchased. If you aren’t sure when you’re supposed to be receive your voucher, please check your confirmation email as it may contain details as to when you can expect delivery.
I lost my voucher, what now?
If you’ve lost your voucher don’t sweat it. You’ll be able to find your voucher in your account. Log-in to your account and you will see the deal you purchased (as well as a history of all of the deals that you purchased) under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Redemption instructions will vary depending on the offer. Please follow the instructions as outlined in the voucher’s fine print.
Why does my voucher show “pending” status?
Deals at Kiro 7 InnerCircle run a bit different. Our offers last from 2-5 days, and the coupon is sent/your card is charged within 24 hours of a deal finishing. Please see the "Time Left" section on any offer's website for details on when your voucher will be released.
Where can I find the fine print for a voucher?
The fine print will make-up the majority of your voucher. It contains all of the details you’ll need to know so that you can redeem your voucher in a timely fashion. Additionally, it will discuss deal restrictions and provide all of the details relevant to the offer.
Can I combine multiple vouchers to get a super-duper deal?
That would be great, wouldn’t it? But, unfortunately, no. Unless stated in the offer's Fine Print, vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, Kiro 7 InnerCircle or otherwise.
What happens if my voucher expires?
If your voucher expires there’s no need to fret; you can always redeem it for the amount paid. See our Terms of Service to learn more.
Can I buy multiple vouchers?
Indeed you can but be weary of a deal’s restrictions. Sometimes you can purchase multiple vouchers for yourself; other times you are limited to one per person though it will be acceptable to purchase additional vouchers as gifts. Be sure to read the deal details before purchasing.
Can I use Kiro 7 InnerCircle as a gift?
Yup. Vouchers can be given as gifts with no worries. No special process is required; just purchase it as normal and give the voucher away. Merchants are aware that sometimes a different name will be printed on the voucher because of gifting, and they'll keep that in mind.
Oh no, I missed a deal! Can I still get it?
Unfortunately, no. Once a deal is closed it is closed regardless of whether it sold out or not. So keep your eye out for more great deals from Kiro 7 InnerCircle so you don’t miss-out on the next great deal!

Great question and one we get often. Log-in to your Kiro 7 InnerCircle account by selecting the ‘My Account’ in the upper right-hand corner of the Kiro 7 InnerCircle homepage. In the blue box titled ‘Personal Info’ on the left-hand side of your screen click on the link that says ‘Manage.’ A window will open that says ‘Update Your Account.’ Type your new password into the bottom two fields of that pop-up window then click on the ‘Update’ button and you have successfully changed your password.
I forgot my password?
Worry not, my friend - resetting your password is easy. When you go to log-in to your account a pop-up window will appear. In the lower left-hand corner there is a link that says ‘Forgot Password?’ Simply click on this link and follow the instructions to reset your password. If this does not help, send a quick email over to our customer support team at support@tippr.com. An agent will be happy to lend you a hand.
How can I add or delete cities from my subscriptions?
Once you’ve logged-in to your account, you’ll see a blue box on the left-hand side of the screen that reads ‘Subscriptions.’ Click on the ‘Manage’ link in that box and you will be able to add and/or delete subscriptions to as many cities as you would like.
Where do I find my voucher?
Shortly after a deal has run you will receive your voucher via email, just as you receive your daily emails from Kiro 7 InnerCircle every morning. If it managed to elude you, you can also find it in your account. Log-in to your account and you will see the deal you purchased (as well as a history of all of the deals that you purchased) under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
How do I open and print my voucher?
We send our vouchers to you in PDF format, the open standard for document exchange between all platforms. Most web browsers either support this format from the get-go, or have free plug-in's to support PDF files.
I can’t open my voucher, what gives?
Sometimes technical difficulties get the better of us. If you receive an email with your voucher and you are having trouble opening it, you’ll be able to find your voucher in your account. Log-in to your account and you will see the deal you purchased (as well as a history of all of the deals that you purchased) under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
I lost my voucher, what now?
If you’ve lost your voucher don’t sweat it. You’ll be able to find your voucher in your account. Log-in to your account and you will see the deal you purchased (as well as a history of all of the deals that you purchased) under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab in the middle of your account page.
I can’t remember if I used one of my vouchers, can you help me?
Unfortunately, we do not have a way of tracking when a voucher has been used. In order to find your purchase's redemption status, you'll need to contact the merchant directly. They will have records of which vouchers have been used already.
In the future, be sure to visit the "My Account" section of Kiro 7 InnerCircle after you've successfully redeemed a voucher. Here you'll find an option to "Mark Voucher as Used." If you ever click this by accident, simply click "Mark as Unused."
How do I redeem a voucher?
Redemption instructions will vary depending on the offer. Please follow the instructions as outlined in the voucher’s fine print.
What if I purchased a voucher for a merchant who/that is no longer in business?
This does occur from time to time unfortunately and Kiro 7 InnerCircle recognizes this. In the event that this occurs, we will either issue a refund or add credits to your account once we confirm the merchant has gone out of business. Simply contact our Customer Support team (support@tippr.com) and we’ll get right on it!
What if I bring my voucher to a merchant who won’t honor the deal?
Should this situation occur for some reason, please contact us immediately (support@tippr.com). We will contact the merchant to rectify the situation and keep you posted on how we plan to proceed (and put that smile back on your face!).
Kiro 7 InnerCircle Credits
What are referral credits?
Referral credits are virtual dollars we add to your Kiro 7 InnerCircle account when you refer a friend to sign-up for Kiro 7 InnerCircle deals and that friend successfully purchases a deal. You can use these credits to buy future Kiro 7 InnerCircle deals that are of interest to you and you can use them on any deal you like.
How can I earn referral credits?
It’s as easy as referring a friend! All you have to do is refer a friend. Basically, you will receive a one-time $5 credit for each unique referral that successfully purchases a deal you link them to. Your referral credits don't become activated until the deal that your invitee purchased has closed and their card has been successfully charged. In other words, we just wait for a referral's first purchase to become complete, and then the credits will release. They will also receive $5 for simply being referred by you. Please note that if your referral's purchase is cancelled for any reason, both your and your friend's credits may be forfeited.
To invite someone to purchase a deal, please see the "Share with friends, get $5" section on the right hand side of any deal. You may also issue invitations via the "Invites" section of Kiro 7 InnerCircle's "My Account" page.
I just referred a friend- what happens now?
The friend that you referred gets $5 credited to their account immediately upon sign-up. Once your friend/referral purchases a deal and their card is successfully charged, you’ll also receive $5 in credit! Please note that if your referral's purchase is cancelled for any reason, both your and your friend's credits may be forfeited.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Absolutely not. You can refer as many friends as you’d like (and we’d be happy as pie if you did!).
Is there a limit to how many credits I can receive from referrals?
Nope. If you keep referring folks who are new to Kiro 7 InnerCircle and they keep buying, we’ll keep adding credits to your account.
How do I redeem credits in lieu of a credit card?
It’s quite simple actually. If you have accrued credits to your account, they will automatically be applied towards your next Kiro 7 InnerCircle daily deal purchase- you won’t have to do anything other than choose to buy the deal. Even if you plan to use your credits to buy a deal, you will still need to have a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged (assuming you have enough credits to purchase a deal) but without this information, you will not be able to use your Kiro 7 InnerCircle credits. So long story short, make sure you have a credit card on file if you plan to use credits towards your next deal.
Will my Kiro 7 InnerCircle credits ever expire?
Never. You can use them anytime you wish, for any deal you wish.
Can I exchange Kiro 7 InnerCircle credits for cash?
Kiro 7 InnerCircle credit is only redeemable for future purchases on the Kiro 7 InnerCircle website. If your credits are growing because you keep referring friends, you should think about joining our affiliate program!
